The Girl In The Spider's Web
by David Lagercrantz

Loved this book. This author did a great job taking over from Stieg Larsson to continue the Lisbeth Sanders series. Just as thrilling and hard to put down as Larsson's trilogy.

The Contradictions
by Sophie Yanow

Did not care for this book at all. I normally enjoy graphic novels but when I read this I thought to myself that I could write something better. There was not much happening to keep me interested.

Harry Potter And The Philosopher's Stone
by J. K. Rowling

I love this series. Every couple of years I listen to it again. I highly recomend the audio book.

Marple
by Various

This is a collections of short stories using Miss Marple. Theses are great stories!. I have read most of the Miss Marple stories so it was nice to read new stories.

The Betrothed
by Kiera Cass

I’m onto the betrayed and I have no idea where they will bring this story. I thought it would be more fluffy in relationships but turns out it’s a fight for your position type. I like it!

The spooky smells of Halloween
by Mary Man-kong

I liked the story and the scratch and sniff.

Merci Suárez Changes Gears
by Meg Medina

Merci Suarez Changes Gears by Meg Medina is one of the best books I have ever read. It is a story of family support, finding real friends and trying to fit in. It is a story of dealing with changes, both in school and at home, and growing older and gaining more responsibilities. Merci has to accept that her grandfather, Lolo, will not get better from having Alzheimer’s Disease, and learns that she should try to make the most of her time with him in the present rather than worrying the future. Merci is a girl that is very real, and doesn’t have to pretend to be loved and accepted. Merci’s family is a very close and large family, and it is not perfect, but it is one that is filled with love. This book is something that I and many other children (and adults!) can have fun with seeing ourselves in the characters, and enjoy reading along as Merci adapts as her life changes and discovers more about who she is.

Horse
by Geraldine Brooks

Excellent book! Even if you have no interest in horses.

Breach Of Duty
by J. A. Jance

Hard to put down. A fast read with lots of action and possible suspects.

The Extra Large Medium
by Helen Slavin

I enjoyed the writing style - as if you were sitting together casually talking with the character about her life. It was an easy read with an interesting twist near the end. The only drawback was the lack of a definitive plot.
